We are Frank, Annemiek, Marjan en Kelly and we are four students of NHTV who have choosen to do research about the concept and the Branded Customer Experience of Victoria's Secret. We have choosen this company because of the underlying thoughts of the concept. And we have also choosen this company because our group LOVES lingerie!!!
